Red Tiger Shrimp

The red tiger shrimp is a grade higher than crystal red shrimp and red tiger bee shrimp. Highly prized for the bright red color on white and clear bodies, these shrimp are difficult to breed. The variation came from select breeding of native Taiwan exotic species. The tiger shrimp, unlike the name, is peaceful and has the same requirements of other fancy nano shrimp species. Due to their higher expense care should be taken to keep the water clean and pH 7 or below.
