Their are a few rare livebearers that are seldom seen in the aquarium world. The poecilia parae are one of these. Neither endler or guppy, these fish come from Guyana and are seldom seen in the trade. Females are about twice the size of the males and the more colorful males come in three main color patterns of yellows and reds.
