The Yellow Lined Sweetlips are notoriously difficult to keep in home marine aquariums. Therefore it is recommended that only expert or very experienced aquarists attempt to keep the Yellow Lined Sweetlips in their tanks. Further, even small fluctuations of conditions within the tank can make the Yellow Lined Sweetlip unruly and unwilling to feed.
